  I feel like I got the fast shuffle at EW Granite when buying a bathroom vanity top. My selection was to made from the "scrap pile" which is very hard to see. Lighting is poor as it is in a warehouse with no natural light. I picked a piece which I only saw a small portion of. When I went to pick it up it was just not thw right color...I did bring it homw to try it and it was awful. after spending over $10,000 on redoing a bathroom it just did not match!!! I called and they said they would work with me on getting it taken care of. I spent over a hour to find the perfect piece of granite (not to mention 45 min drive time to them be told they would be kind and sell me this new piece for the exact same price as the last one! That is NOT WORKING with me. It was a waste of my time. I would have rather been told that nothing could be done ... Socrates was like a used car salesmen.....had no intention of helping he was just trying to be sure he got another sale. He had no empathy, no customer service and was difficult to deal with. I would stay away!!!!!! There are so many better places to go.

  EW Granite has a great selection and the owner, Socrates, and salesperson, Bill, are extremely knowledgeable, responsive, timely and customer-focused. The installer, Eric, took great care and pride in taking precise measurements and in the installation. Their prices are reasonable and they made the whole process rather easy.I felt like a very valued customer. All of my friends are quite envious, and probably will be making a trip out to EW Granite soon!
