  They can help fix issues with your computers and tablets. I brought my tablet in after the wireless card stopped working and it not showing up anymore. A guy helped me and did some stuff and in a few minutes had it working again. It was easy and I didn't need to fill out anything or have any special warranty. I also got the chance to try a VR demo and it was pretty awesome. They all seem very knowledgeable. PS... when you buy something, they give you a nice bag to put it in similar to the ones a grocery store might have as reusable.
