  Absolute worst service I have ever come by in my life. None of the employees were quick to help. I asked to view a piece of jewelry, and the staff member replied "we work off of commission, and the staff that was helping you went on break." So I asked am I supposed to stand here and wait for her to come back? Like are you kidding me?! The worst customer service ever, very rude staff, and not willing to help at all. I will never purchase jewelry from this store. Witnessed a customer purchase a piece of jewelry, and a staff member did a complete 360 in her attitude. Asking personal questions trying to be extremely nice, and sweet. Complete BS do not buy jewelry here.

  I called to check on a repair 15 min before the store opened,i was un aware of this but the person who answered never gave her name and was very un friendly,gave me A diffrent expectant date than the envoice said and Was very sturn about telling me they will contact ME when it arrives and no reason for me to call anymore.from now on ill do business across tha hall.
